This transceiver is in immaculate aesthetic condition, but it DOES NOT TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE. Sorry for the all-caps, I just don’t want to give anybody the wrong impression. I bought this used, and it worked fine for about a month – then one day I turned it on, and the VFO display was blinking, and it would not transmit or receive. I sent it off to be repaired, but after some digging, the shop still couldn’t tell me what all needed to be repaired, and said it may be fairly expensive, depending what ultimately was the problem. So I’m cutting bait, and hoping somebody else can do something useful with it.
