This military spec single sideband HF Transceiver was designed for amateur, commercial, maritime and military use. It was built to withstand battle conditions. It operates on 12volts DC and covers 500KHz to 30MHz in receive mode and 1.6 to 30MHz in transmit. It will do 150 watts PEP peak on output and is scalable down to 50. This SGC SG-2000 HF Transceiver comes with 2 remote mount control heads, 1 PowerTalk ADSP remote mount control head with external speaker and 1 standard remote mount control head. A built in RS232 interface allows remote control of the transceiver for ALE, Automatic Link Establishment. The PowerTalk control head includes a Kenwood MC-43S microphone enabling push button up/down frequency control.
