This is a Galaxy model GT-550 HF-Bands (80-10 Meters, no “WARC”) SSB/CW modes Ham Radio Transceiver from a local Estate. It includes the hard-to-find companion AC Power Supply. The manual copy that came with it lists the AC Power Supply as a model # AC-400, and can be used on either 120V AC or 240V AC input power. When I bought these units, I was told that the Transceiver worked well, but the Power Supply needed new filter capacitors – typical for radio equipment of this vintage. I hoped to rebuild the AC Power Supply someday, but with too many other projects taking up space, it’s time to pass this on to someone who has the time to do the updates.
