The Citizens Band is limited to 4 watts and operates on the 11 meter band per FCC regulations. If you see “10 meter radio” on a listing, it is not a CB. Is it peaked and tuned? All ham radios are “peaked” by the qualified engineers who design them. A radio hack without an engineering degree and radio design experience cannot improve on this, though they can alter the radio for higher output wattage. But this overdrives the transistors, causing distortion and overheating. Not a good thing to do. There is no additional tuning required. Why the ALL CAPS for mosfet?
