Motorola L43MHB – 3100B Desktop Base Station Receiver/Transmitter. It powers up, and the red “Transmit” light comes on when the PTT (Push-To-Talk) screw terminals are activated (see photo). It has an internal speaker, and the audio squelch control works. So, this radio may actually work. I cannot do any additional testing, as I do not have the proper license. Very nice Flex 5000A just back from the Flex Radio Factory for a complete check up. Comes with Hand Mic and USB cable they supply. Also the power cable they supply for it. You can download the software from their webpage like I did. You can get the manual from their webpage too. The radio is easy to use and has great audio. Has some scratches on top near the right edge you can see in the picture. Lots of people use these for weak signal work. Its nice to have the VHF and the UHF in the unit to expand all.
