Kenwood TM-541 Recently Serviced. New memory battery & electrolytic capacitor in the head replaced. LED Display conversion done as well. This is the TM-541 (originally for the Japan domestic market). Not the TM-541A (for the American market) or the TM-541E (for the European market). New button foam also installed (holds buttons in place so they don’t fall out and get lost).

I have for sale today a Yaesu FT1000MP HF transceiver. This is a competition grade radio, and is a favorite among contesters and serious radio operators. It does dual receive so you can listen to both the DX station and the pileup at the same time, makes it very easy to determine when to call and get through. The FT1000MP has a built power supply but can also run off of 12 volts. It has a built in memory keyer, built in automatic antenna tuner, speech compression, SWR meter, power meter, DSP for noise reduction and bandpass filtering and many more features. This is truly a station in a box! Hook up an antenna and go at it. It also has a separate jack for a receive antenna. This FT1000MP has the stock 500hz Yaesu CW filter, and also the INRAD roofing filter installed for improved receiver performance. This rig was fully serviced by Byron Campbell (WA4GEG) about 18 months ago as two intermittent I-F coils were replaced. Byron also performed the following updates: Applied receiver-main 1st I-F stage gain correction mod. Unit -9 volt update. Transmitter USB/LSB carrier set point corrections. Alignment touch up as needed, including precision S-meter cal of both main and sub RCVRs. The radio has 2 headphones jack on the front panel. The 1/8 jack has intermittent connection with the headphones. The 1/4 jack is working just fine. Just wanted to mention that in the name of full disclosure. The FT1000MP come with a hand microphone, original manual, and power cord. It works fine except for the headphones jack mentioned above. It is in used but very good physical condition. I HAVE BEEN A LICENSED HAM RADIO OPERATOR FOR 36 YEARS, AND AN EXTRA CLASS OPERATOR FOR 32 YEARS-TOOK MY LICENSE EXAMINATIONS AND CODE TESTS IN FRONT OF THE FCC!
