This TS-520SE (serial number 0080107) is in fair-to-good cosmetic condition. The cabinet has some scuffs and scratches, but the front panel looks pretty darn good. The leather carrying handle is in great shape as well, and it’s really clean inside with two filters installed. While it powers up, we’re not getting any TX or RX. This is a radio has been tested in our shop and was fully functional. When he tested it out, he found that most of the front panel’s controls weren’t working. We took it back and sure enough, he was right. It transmits with 60 watts out and receives fine. Also, the display is in great shape. This equipment operates exclusively on ham radio frequencies authorized by the FCC (read the description above for specifics). It does not operate on CB frequencies or any of the 11-meter band.
