Motorola L43MHB – 3100B Desktop Base Station Receiver/Transmitter. It powers up, and the red “Transmit” light comes on when the PTT (Push-To-Talk) screw terminals are activated (see photo). It has an internal speaker, and the audio squelch control works. So, this radio may actually work. I cannot do any additional testing, as I do not have the proper license.
