On low power it transmits around 1 watt and on high power around 5 watts. In the UHF FM high power mode it transmits around 20 watts for UHF satcom service. This is the most desirable of the URC-100 series as it covers the 2m amateur band in 5KHz steps where other models are 25KHz steps or do not cover the 2m amateur band. I have owned and enjoyed this radio for many years listening to aircraft and UHF military satcom transmissions and also talking on the 2m amateur band. Included is a Motorola PP-7961/URC universal power supply wired for 120VAC and it also takes in 12 to 28VDC for base or mobile operation. Also included is a battery box that accepts two BB-X90 type Ni-Cad, Nickel Metal Hydride or Lithium batteries, a broad band 116-150MHz VHF whip, a broad band 225-400MHz UHF whip, an H-189 handset, accessory carrying bag and shock mount. The URC-110 radios are very scarce these days and the power supply, battery box, shock mount and antennas are extremely rare and sought after by collectors. All items are tested and working and I have this radio on the air on 2m amateur as I’m writing this ad.
