Heathkit HW 101 HF Transceiver. As you can see the tubes light up but that doesn’t mean it’s working because it’s not. All knobs and switches move freely. I get a little noise from speaker, very little. Power supply and speaker not included. Has home made feet. When switching between ALC and pwr I get a little meter movement.
