KENWOOD TS 830S HF 160M to 10M Transceiver for Parts or Repair. I traded for this radio recently and have powered on for testing only. I listened to 80, 40, & 20 using headphones. The receive is very distorted as if on wrong side band. The reception was low, but readable. I made one POTA contact from NE AL to Galveston, TX on 20M & received a 5/2 signal report. This radio will need some tweak or repair. Original manual included with markings and notes from original owner. Serial number is 1050652.
