Performance Tuning -Your radio will be optimized for best performance – Modulation will be set to achieve 100% – The power will be peaked to the highest output allowed by law – PS: Stock radios stink. Receive Enhancement – Your receive will be optimized for the best possible reception. On radios that don’t already have schottky diodes in the receive circuitry, these diodes will be upgraded. Nitro LED Rings – Lighted rings are installed behind the control knobs. LED’s come in red, blue, green, amber or white. A dimmer will control the brightness for late night driving. The dimmer will take place of the RF Gain knob and your RF Gain (receive strength) will be set to high. Optional: Dimmer can replace 10kHz switch or a knob can be installed on the side. Clear Knobs – The factory control knobs are replaced with clear knobs. These clear knobs allow the colors of the Nitro LED Rings to shine through. This is a separate option from the Nitro LED Ring options. The original stock knobs give a back glow look as they reflect off of the face plate.
