I spent time checking for out of spec resistors and caps replacing what was out of spec. The receiver was powered up seems to be ok. The tubes have not been tested. I did not test the transmitter as I have no antenna for testing in the shop now. Thank you freezing rain. The power supply has been inspected. One of the caps has been changed.
