The radio is in working condition, it has 100 watt output on HF and 6m, 95 watts 2M Band, 45 watts on 440. Receives well and has no filter issues, serial number indicates this was manufactured Nov 2012. The only issue I have found is that the post for the Multifunction knob was broken in the past and was repaired by placing a metal stub into the pot and the plastic post.
