With its quad band capabilities, you can communicate on 6-m VHF, and 10-M to 15m HF bands with ease. This radio doesn’t put out power on 15M to 10M and heard less then. 25 uV and hears well on 6- meters but no transmission on 6-Meters. This is the radio and manual. When I was testing it, it put out 0-watts on all the HF 10m, 15m, 12m & 6-meter but stopped transmitting. You will have to remove the bottom cover and cut the wire explained in the manual to get 12M active on transmit. And repair the transmitter as it is currently not working. Plain English it receives well. 25 mv but there is NO Transmit 0 output plan on repairing this radio.
