This Icom radio is in good shape except for the display. As you can see in the pictures, the display has a dark spot burnt into the center. It can still be read for the most part. The radio itself works well with full output and great RX. The sale includes the original hand mic and mounting bracket. You will need to supply your own DC power cable.
