If you look at the original sale page from bluegrassbargains63, the power supply is not part of the sale. I also have an Azden PCS-300 included in this sale. The 300 does power on and will transmit and receive. I checked on 146.52 Mhz. The 300 is in it’s original box and has a speaker/microphone. All 4 radios have either the original or a copy of the user manual. I would like to sell all 4 radios together. I will consider any reasonable offers. I have decided that I’m not as agile working with components as I once was. One of the 4000s is one that I acquired from my friend. It has been 40 years since we got these radios. So, at least one if not both untested radios has had the MARS-CAP modification done professionally. Thank you for looking at my items.
