Absolutely phenomenal radio (Used as receive only NEVER TRANSMITTED). Has NOT been upgraded to the current version of firmware 1.20. Clearest and cleanest audio I have ever heard on a budget conscience transceiver. Finally had it set up two days before I had to leave for another state for 3 months (Cancer treatments for my wife who developed tongue cancer). Transceiver sat unused until I arrived home on December 12, 2017. Do not have any time to use the radio (Maybe a few minutes) due to being primary care-giver for my wife. At least (For the foreseeable future) I have to give up on the Ham Radio hobby. My wife comes first – Radio hobby second!! Someone is going to get a very good deal.
