Sorry for the relist but the photo I took last night of this radio, in my basement shop, was not a very representative photo. The new photo of the front more accurately shows the radio’s good points and its minor defects. This listing is for a Ten Tec Orion 2 Orion II Model 566 HF HAM RADIO Transceiver. The serial number is 05C10376. This radio does NOT have the built in automatic antenna tuner. This radio is good to very good with some nicks on it. Operationally it is as is is specified, producing 100 watts output. Both receivers work very well. All pushbuttons are tested and working fine. The display is perfect. The A9 power supply board has had the capacitor replacement service completed. We replaced all six of the small function encoders with fresh Bournes replacements. These have a much better feel than the old ones, with detent operation as you turn them. The pushbuttons work the same as originals and all work fine. Both the CPU backup battery and the tuner battery have been replaced today. It comes with the power connect cable. This will come to you in the original factory box with the packing. This radio comes with a full complement of Ten Tec optional filters. Priced accordingly, though lower than my last one because it does not have the tuner and it has some nicks. If it does not sell with filters installed, I’ll split them out and sell separately and reprice the radio. NO OTHERS WILL BE RECEIVED.
