There is built-in CTCSS/DTCS encode/decode for analog FM. A new Voice Memory feature records incoming and outgoing calls and can be used as a voice recorder. Handie talkie overall looks great showing no major signs of use. Face of the radio is in good condition with no chips to the display or wear marks on the knobs and lettering.
