This unit was owned by a Ham Radio operator, his ID code was KGR 428. This is some sort of transmitter, but I do not know what it is really named. The sticker on the back has a date from 1966. I plugged it in and the clock in upper corner works. When I look inside I see one tube light is lit red near it’s base. I don’t know how to test it further and I cannot say if it works. Very clean for 56 years old, looks great. It is a heavy item, weighs 27 pounds all by itself.
