The biggest issue is that the fan grill on the back panel is a bit dented in. Also, the internal speaker’s cone is a bit torn and will need to be replaced. Aside from those issues and some other small scratches / scuffs and a few spots of rust the radio still looks nice overall! Here’s what he had to say: Tested the radio on all bands with a dummy load, SWR / watt meter, and RF generator. The radio is operating at full power output and all controls seem to work correctly. This radio has the DSP-10 unit built-in and the “IF VBT – AF VBT” control is meant for that, it doesn’t change anything. The DSP-10 unit must be set up to the new owner’s preference, you will need to download the manual online and read it in order to learn how to do it.
