This radio is in very good condition for its age showing only minor wear. The biggest issue is that the top right screw hole that holds on the top part of the cabinet is stripped. Aside from some general signs of wear on the radio it is extremely clean! We are also including the original box (with foam inserts) for the radio, a Yaesu hand microphone, both the AC and DC power cords, and also an extra pair of used 6146 finals (we have not tested these again and cannot guarantee their quality, the ones that are installed in the radio are a matched pair from RF Parts and should be in better condition). This item has been tested by our technician, a ham radio operator of more than 55 years. Here’s what he had to say: Tested the radio with a dummy load, Bird watt meter, and RF generator.
